Therapy For Adults

Therapy For Adults

I conduct therapy with individuals 18 years and older, drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities to help them cope with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, eating disorders, bipolar disorder, and adjustment challenges, amongst others. I also provide parenting skills training and family support, helping parents navigate the complexities of raising neurodivergent or special needs youth.

My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and trauma-informed care. I tailor each session to your needs and goals, creating space for meaningful growth and change.

Sessions are offered in person in New York City or via telehealth throughout New York and New Jersey. Contact me to schedule a consultation and discuss how we can work together.
